Belton, TX (Fill Plant) - Filling industrial

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

You will assist with managing the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and will train and develop assigned personnel.

In particular, you will:

  • Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches

  • Trains and develops assigned personnel. Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel with Plant Manager or independently. Recommends disciplinary actions up to and including termination of plant personnel.

  • Directs and coordinates plant activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize production.

  • Responsible for safety and safety practices of assigned personnel.

________________________Are you a MATCH?

  • Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years industry related experience and/or training. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

  • Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel. Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.

  • Analize plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced and then allocate operating budget.

  • Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.
